Yeah, there are no shortcuts that doesn't harm the body in some way, shape or form. All these "new" diets have side effects.

"Harmful use" or "Abuse" is clinically decided by 3 factors. Damage to health, economics and relationships. You need only one to qualify.

That's incorrect AF. The main reason is because people are simply getting older, also a growing devide between different social classes.
