My friend, I live in arse-end, 3rd world Africa. Multiple colleagues, friends, and I have rejected US work offers. We even decline local offers from US owned companies. As it stands, the plan is either the EU or staying here. Either way, healthcare is free and our children won't get shot in school.
Worked in a repair shop for a while and couldn't for the life of me find the Allen keys until I spotted the ice cream tub labelled "L & Ks"
I swear my drill actively aims for them. On a completely unrelated note, my plumber just bought a new BMW.
Recently visited Germany from South Africa and can confirm airline tickets, clothing and power tools, including Bosch and Ryobi, are much cheaper in SA. A few years back I wired a blue LED above the sign for my alarm system. Whenever I want privacy, I just flip a switch and people assume armed response will arrive if they get too close to my house.

Pssst, you can buy washable spray paint at your local auto parts store and online. I've only had to use it once so far but it's highly effective.
