Discovered the same about my FIL when he died. Wife told her sisters, but spared her mom. She had a rough enough time as it was

The good news is microsoft products like to corrupt saves too, so you may have been saving diligently and still lose 3hrs of work
I think the issue is that the people making tech for the US arent allowed to sell to Russia. But can to whoever else.

Absolutely Zero need for slab of concrete that thick. Dig the footers and use sand/gravel to elevate the middle for 7/8" slab
