11/? The way to reprogram your mind is CBT and it's a challenging process. This is just my experience, let me know if you have questions
10/? into white noise. A lot of people have the thoughts outlined in the post, most people are able to shrug them off as silly. But I can't
9/? This way, you're facing your thoughts and accepting the uncertainty rather than running away. The idea is to turn these thoughts
I change that to a statement saying "I might be wasting her time and I don't know if I want kids." I record myself saying it and play it.
7/? back to myself as statements. For example, "am I wasting my gf's time because I don't know if I want kids?"
6/? What I'm currently doing is creating worry time, writing down the thoughts I'm having (for me it's questions/doubts), and reading them
5/? The more you focus on or ignore a thought, the more powerful it becomes. If you're avoiding something, then logically it's a big deal.
4/? you're treating the symptom. Then, when you're in a situatino where you can't escape, you struggle and fall into a pit of dispare.
3/? which leads you to always having to do some sort of coping mechanism to deal with your anxiety. Your not treating the real problem
(2/?) This may help in with the immediate thoughts/situation however it trains your brain that you can't cope with these thoughts
I've been going to therapy for the past 8 months for anxiety and I'll post what I've learned thus far with regards to the above. (1/?)
Make sure you dust the fan before changing directions, otherwise you'll spread dust. My friend found out the hard way...

I completely agree. I'm pretty sure those odds would mean that two people have been killed by refugees which isn't correct.

The only reason I know this song is because of ADoseOfBuckley's top 10 worst songs of 2017. This was #3.
My goal was to drop to around 190. I got to 165. As you've probably noticed, once you start it's tough to stop. Keep it up!
