Nah, there's no way, high quality fiberglass ladders are usually 200-300lbs, that piece of junk is at best 100-150lbs "rated" if it even has one at all.
If you're taking the time to install this you would obviously (I hope) install bulletproof sheathing on the remaining two sides.

Drywall can hold an impressive amount of weight, especially 5/8" but after a few minutes of soaking the screw holes will fail
Canada here. Usually you see coupler pieces pre-sized to accept standard pipe dimensions. Can get it in 180,90 and 45 degrees typically.
95% certain freezers drawn in fresh air.. Plenty enough for a frozen dude using minimal oxygen especially
