Perfectly good meal, with nothing wrong with it. But presentation is lacking, At least a decent pic could have helped it a lot.
It didn't hardly bleed at all once cut, it seems like they did let it rest long enough to me. Thats just a big piece of meat and will hold a lot of heat and steam for a while.

Some magnets (Neodymium at least), do funny things. I can never remember exactly, but they expand or interact in the direction of their polarity, and do the opposite in the directions tangental to their polairty
