Same reason a fan in front of a wind turbine doesn’t work.
You get some energy out of it, it will diminish the networks capacity causing the pumps to work harder, using more energy.

I come into work and it’s almost a daily occurrence for people to move barricades on a road construction project.. very frustrating.

Took me a day to process. Sobering reminder how quick a life can change.
Everyday don’t get enough credit. It’s a big comfort to know a bus is always just a call away to help. Cheers. 3/3

Few weeks ago, witnessed a bad accident. Kid trapped, hurt. Just kind of went blank and froze up. It didn’t matter because a group 1/?
It’s ironic all the erosion control measures you are required to have when the farm field you are next to has none.
