Agree. While the police system we have now is awful, it's still better than the total anarchy we would have without any law enforcement. All you need to do is look at those neighborhoods that decided they were going to go police-free and see how well THAT turned out.

I feel like the biggest flaw with this blueprint book is the lack of grid alignment settings.
They have methods of getting stuff wrapped around the tires to physically prevent them from rotating. Some spike strips do this.
