Is a septum piercing the one that makes it look like you have snot hanging out of your nose until you take a closer look?
From the thumbnail I thought they'd attached a training dummy to the car wheel and were trying to hit the fists as the car drove forwards.
The chain would have to pass through itself to arrive in the final knot, so this is a clever photoshop?
