I had to kinda relearn too, brush up on my stuff. It was like riding a bike. I loved it!
Oh, return that junk if you still can. Those cards aren't able to be used with the regular pkmn cards, they have a weird back. Grab a few Battle Decks, they have all the rules you need to start, plus they're full 60 card decks. Plus in April they're phasing out the E cards, so you can only use F and G labeled ones. Each set now has a phase on them, and they phase them out as they get older.

It made my whole xmas season! I normally hate xmas, because my oldest was born xmas day and her mom and I split, and she kept me from my kid for 14 years. Now that I got custody back, we're rebuilding that dad/daughter relationship we never had, and I'm learning to love the season again!
This helped, a lot. Not the price of it, but that someone took the time to get me something that is dear to me, that can help bring me out of the depression and funk I've been in this year. It's been rough.

I always message to let them know when it's shipped, and when it arrived. Other than that, I try my best to stick as close to their lists, unless it's a topic I know a lot about.
