If you really think that using samples from hundreds of songs is stealing, you probably don't know much about music creation and you 100% are not a musician.

The laws in question have changed often in the last 130 years. Today : 25m high at most in central arrondissements. 33m in peripheral arrondissement. Exception can be made up to 37m in certain districts.

I spent 5 years in Paris, never got the chance to get at the top of the tower. We used to joke "we'll go when there will be fewer tourists!". There are never fewer tourists.

WW1 saved the tower. The militaries needed that radio antenna.

I live in Lille but grew up in the country side. We had a briefing each year with the local farmer with only 1 arm as kids, with pictures of potentiel stuff we could find and what to do (mostly what not to do). Grenades, bullets, shells, mines and so on. And avoid the spots where the grass doesn't grow. It's arsenic, there might be gas shells underneath.

I'm going to look like a pedantic twat but.. not really. There are 4 lefts. President party is center right. There's another center party (Modem). Then traditionalist right, followed by 2 far-right parties. Keep in mind none of them are allied, so there are actually no blocks anymore. You are describing early 2000's France. This political landscape has dissapeared today.

France is a 7 party country. Maybe more.

Pretty bad taste propaganda under a post about war crimes.

I'd like to know too. It looks like a robotic arm designed to have gyroscopic capabilities (all axles) like the Canadarm on the ISS

I have to admit, I've watched some of his content and it's rather good ! But this one, where he's discovering that conductive stuff lets electricity pass through it.. hmm

Like all rivers, after the rain, waste water collect and flows back into the streams.

The bipartisan politcal structure will never allow the US the leaders they deserve. It is designed that way on purpose. Americans are free to vote for anyone that does not question de status-quo.

The National Council for flowery Towns & Villages is a public institution launched in 1959 to promote flowers planting in the country. It's open to every village that has more than 2 inhabitants. The jury will visit the location and give a mark. From 1 flower (lowest score) up to 4 flowers (highest) and is reevaluated after 2-3 years. Some villages manage to get the Golden Flower, which lasts 1 year only and is given only to particulary flowery locations.

ICE CCTV network in the US can absolutely do the same, as many other western countries (it would take longer 'tho).

We need a new Social Contract on Imgur where the 1st or 2nd comment should always be these, in case there's AI.

It's about 7 euros for a cheap one in France but since it's raw milk I understand how that would become very pricey across any border.

For a country that large with such a relatively small population, that's pretty impressive. It means you're likely to act before it gets too shitty.

Your country is built on genocide and slavery. Then it was built on segregation and finally, it's a neo-capitalist dystopia where people have to beg on the internet for medical treatment.

That reference to René Magritte is absolutely brilliant.

Your can of beans has gone through many processes to minimize the risks. Here they put the roller on the ground then made icecream with it. You surely know that if some bacteria are handled easily by our body, some others are harmful and/or can be lethal.
