Maybe this time I won't be perma banned.

Most of the world already hated America before they attacked Iran.

We're not giving up. We're going to vote, but we're also arming ourselves so we're ready on november 4th when it turns out my vote didnt count because ICE opened the ballot box where I put in my vote. It's good you have planned up to the midterms, but did you prepare for the day after?

The sun is a giant fusion reactor. The only reason it doesnt explode outwards into a billion pieces like a handgrenade, is of gravity. So imagine a handgrenade exploding... but also imploding because of gravity. It wants to explode outwards... but it also wants to implode into a tiny ball. It;s amazing.

It all matters till it doesnt matter anymore. We all pretend to be living in a democracy till we dont. We all play the game till it's 100% clear the game is over. So for now... play the game. But also: buy guns and ammo. Or have a plan to leave the country a day after the 'elections'.

Democratic, old USA style, or Putin style? I mean there are elections and there are 'elections'.

Absolutely. All is not lost yet. Miracles do happen. It only takes 1 general to order his troops to arrest the insurrectionist. But yeah plan for the worst.

The sun is already a constant explosion of millions of atomic bombs per second, I dont think 'laser eyes' will do antyhing. Unless the writer decides otherwise....

Trump cant afford to lose the midterms. He'll use ICE to block 'certain counties' from counting or just make their ballots illegal by entering the voting booths and opening the ballot boxes or some shit like that. He might nuke Iran on november 1st and call a state of emergency or something. If Americans think THIS TIME, Trump will volunteerly give up power, they are mistaken. Not after 2020, not after SCOTUS told him he is above the law.

What Americans need to know is democracy ended jan 20th 2025, there wont be elections in November 2026, and they have to prepare now, buying guns and ammo.

If it's a modern car you can seriously damage it by filling it 'extra' after the pump clicks. Dunno exactly what it was but modern cars have to have some kind of environmental fume absorption thing which is designed to handle fumes and not liquids, so if yo fill up too much, there is actual liquid in the absorption thing and that's going to be an expensive repair. But... 2 gallons? Thats a LOT so something might be off?

We're already close to the point where you get a phonecall and dont know if the person on the other end is real or AI.

I'm in finance bookkeeping, I'm 3rd line support so I only get problems which could not have been solved by 1st nor 2nd line support.... and I get weirder and weirder stuff and mistakes to solve from the offices. Thet are using AI to beekkeep. The AI makes mistakes. Then 1st line uses AI to 'solve' it whichmakes it worse. Then 2nd line uses AI to solve that, which makes it even worse. An by the time it arrives on my desk it's one giant mess. It takes me HOURS to untangle the mess.

It's not work. And I'm not just alking about 'physical work is work'. I've done physical exhausting labour but also mentally exhausting labour. Both are actual work. You come back home exhausted, tired and you accomplished things. But if you get exhausted from talking to some random person while sitting in comfy office chair, drinking coffee and holding all the power... if THAT is your idea of work... if you get stressed from THAT....... you simply dont know what actual work is.

For some reason that 250 pound block of very well nutritioned muscles in a war torn world full of hunger and starvation did not raise any suspicion. But I'll allow it because it was a great movie :)

Ok 1/2 or 2/3rd already sounds better. So lets say after 30 minutes you just know it;s not a fit. Do you then tell them 'this is not going to work' and do you then explain why not? Or do you still say 'well call you later' (and then let someone else do the "we're not going to hire you" thing?). ps this is pretty fascinating to me. It's a huge difference from my (decades) of experience both as interviewer and interviewed.

Wtf really? Maybe it's a dutch thing? I would be highly insulted if someone knows he is not going to hire me 10....20...30 minutes into the interview and not just tell me. It robs me of the opportunity to ask 'why not?'. Why stretch the interview to the full hour? Why not help the person you're interviewing? Is it out of fear?
