I celebrate mine. But, the past few years, i have a party at a local beach, and just told friends to invite whomever. I just wanna hang out.

I was also diagnosed at 30, three years ago, and it just made so much sense, and put many things in perspective.

I always liked the idea of a NeutralGood paladin. Not beholden to the law, but not fighting against it either.
