A nearly thirty year old female from London. If you get this to the front page I'll send you an assortment of English chocolate and stuff. I like drinking, cheese and small fuzzy mammals. Show me your doggos. No, I don't want a dick pic (shocking I know)
If his a thinly veiled Simpsons reference I salute you...
And we got paid for that. But not the building collapse.
No, I'm from the UK. The company I worked for had procedures in place for things like this. We had to close early because of the riots (1/2)

Debris from the building shattered our front window as we were directly opposite. Glad I didn't hesitate and closed when I did.
We were supposed to be protected against things like this. Was in our contract. So should have been paid the 3 hours I lost out on.
Nope. It was literally never mentioned again. We just had to take it. I also only got paid for the amount of time I was in the building.
Told us to close up as it was a matter of time before it collapsed. AM told me not to. I closed. Building collapsed 10 minutes after we left
I worked at a fast food place, building opposite ours was collapsing. I has to call my area manager to inform him that the police (1/2)
I pulled up at some lights once and was sat next to a fully restored Spitfire on the back of a truck. Glorious to see so close.

I watched it when I woke up this morning and woke up my boyfriend after yelling "OH FUCK NO!" whilst watching that. Broke me.
Had to be pushed back a week, did it today! June 24th for my episode. Totally made a friend of Sara too. Awesome girl.
It's me! Lionel Joseph!
Great photo though! We stayed by Times Square and we walked from there to see this. I was so sad. Greatest city though. Loved every second!
Went to NYC in January from the UK. This was the one thing I had to see. We arrived and it was covered in scaffolding. I was so upset...
Much life-like. Very real. Wow.
Being interviewed by Sara on Sunday for an episode!
Who wore it better?
Sorry for your loss OP. I know that doesn't cut it but I truly mean it. Stay strong man.
What about us brain-dead slobs?
Is your brother Mr Plinkett?
I've been working towards this for the last five years.
Same situation. I've worked my arse off to be good in my field and today I was turned away after four interviews for being too qualified...
I just got turned down for my dream job because "I'm too qualified for it and I might get bored." Currently anger weeping.
Chump don't want no help, chump don't get no help...
He looks like he had the happiest life. Sorry for your loss OP.
The photo of you in LA. You're outside Paddy's Pub!
