I'm just gonna assume he meant 13 percentage points, not 13%.
That's way too many chugga-chuggas before the choo-choo!
"I did not have sexual relations with that man."
Yeah, that's in the law enforcement database now.

Oh, look! Even more war crimes. Who'da thunk it?
It has rarely gone below $7-8/gal here in Norway for the past decade, I don't know what you're complaining about.

How many miles per dollar do you think you're getting out of horse feed? I would still guess it's nowhere near high enough to be worth it.
This is the big reason why taking photos inside the voting booth is prohibited (or at least meant to be). If you can't take a picture of your vote, you can't prove to someone waiting outside that you voted for what they wanted you to vote for. Same with being alone in the voting booth. It's not so much a privacy concern in the sense of hiding your political beliefs (although that's a bonus), it's a control concern. Your vote is anonymous because that way it can't be controlled by anyone else.
In fact, my ENTIRE POINT here is how easy it is to find some little sliver of thing that the victim did "wrong", if you're the type of person to go look for that. It will ALWAYS be there.
If they hadn't been there, they wouldn't have been abused. It's as simple as that. Crucially, though, it is not their fault that they were there, and on many cases it's not even a choice. Facts and blame are two different things, you know. You can acknowledge the fact that them being there is necessary for the violation to take place without putting any blame onto them.
If the victim hadn't been in the wrong place at the wrong time, they wouldn't have been victims. That is just a fact of life. Taking that a step further, however, to blame them for being there, is wrong.
I don't know if you have small kids yourself, but I do. And I can confidently tell you that having kids makes things like this hit harder. Every time I read a news story about something awful happening to a kid, be it a horrible crime like this, or just a tragic accident, or anything in-between, it is way too easy to imagine it happening to my own kids.
The quote has done its rounds here on the site before. I thought it appropriate to the post, uncomfortable though it is.

It's never a good idea to use money you can't really afford to use. But at least debit cards don't put you in debt as a default.
Or debit. It's not that easy to tell them apart just from looking.
Looks like AI. And pinkpuff doesn't seem to exist (at least I couldn't find it after ten seconds of trying, and it really shouldn't take that long).

Once every few weeks I get mail on my work account reminding me to take an online internet safety course. The mail wants me to click a link to start the course. They haven't caught on to the irony, apparently.
And then you make fun of "Don't dead open inside" for doing the opposite. Apparently you just can't win.
It's very easy, actually. You hit them with some light half a second before you take the actual picture.
That's not body swap between them. That's an outsider swapping bodies with Sam.
#13 Don't forget the rollers that read the ball. They get dusty too.
Just put up a guard at women's bathrooms to inspect their genitals. Make sure it hits the female state lawmakers and the daughters and wives of the male lawmakers. See how fast this law disappears.
I feel like they have had body swap episodes. Have they had body swap episodes? They must have.
A lot of people still approve of him in general but don't approve of his handling of any single particular thing. Curious.
