FB has it's own built-in function for animated gifs in comments, but when I did a search for this one I found it wasn't in the database (or else Meta was filtering it out for some reason), and when I tried copy/pasting a link to the gif into a comment, it didn't post as the gif or even as a link but just plain text, meaning FB blocks that option too. So this was the way to go. And if someone else ever also needs a non-animated version of this reaction pic, now there's an easy one to google up!
