I did package handling and dg for about a year prior to driving, and honestly the wild goose chases for packages was the worst part of it.
As a fed ex driver i'd like to point out that guy clearly took the dolly out of his truck.

I hit 9 pretty easy driving for fedex, on a regular day. We're allowed to work 14 tho.
Treat the people well, provide outstanding service, and the profit will come because of it. Source, i'v worked for both companies.
