In both The Hulk and Walter's sake, I would presume they're already what the want and perceive themselves to be. And utterly...
And since the Mask embodies the repressed nature and hidden wantings of an individual.. One can make speculations about Walter himself.
And just like in the series he was unable to put the Mask on, for some unknown reason.
In the comics a hulking, apparently unkillable hitman named Walter (If you've seen the animated The Mask-series you'd recognize him)...

My answer was an audiobook during work. I sincerely suggest it. It is written like a bible, sure. But the stories are exciting and sublime!
I have some theories about this increase in wholesome memes on the net. But I won't bother. I don't want to ruin such great magic.
Should I say Poor Papa Nurgle or Good for him?
The most confusing thing for it would be if we were able to explain it.
