I'd been browsing random earlier and wasn't sure how old your post was but seeing June 25 made me happy 🙂My current push is down from a May 25 high of 106kg (233lbs) down to current day 98kg (215lbs). I am on a 1,500kcal diet with a lot of varied exercise and I'm loving the new power I haven with shifting less weight.Hope you have fab day 😎

I always look at the work wear on these machines. This one hasn't done a season and must be in the $100k bracket with electronics. What is the increase on fianical yield if you spend all your money on this crap?

Other platforms such as YouTube/TikTok offer film makers with talent and vision a much lower barrier to entry and lower risk investment to be seen vs. old media. Indies are still there but not at the national/intl. level they used to be almost on-par almost with some headline producers.#rant.

This is why I hate modern cinema and Netflix. Over processed garbage.Some real talent out there don't get me wrong, and it's fantastic when you find it.

Get yourself a personal alarm. Install a self-tracker on your phone which your partner can track. Consider taking out your phone, video and light on, and point it straight at their face. Usually difuses it when they know you're filming. AND GET LOUD, DRAW ATTENTION. (I do these things as a 39yo strong built man. Shit happens sometimes and you've gotta front) Transit stops are terrible for petty crime. It's worth sharing a report with the local station in case others are being hassled 👍
