(part of my curiosity stems, i must admit, from my ongoing 6-year struggle with/questioning of my gender as an AMAB individual. and yes, every person is, well, an individual, and different, but I still can't help but wonder if i might glean some knowledge about myself, and perhaps learn the "right"(?) path to take, from another person's experience)

for real; i always have my screens set to as dim of a brightness as i can read. Tho you're really supposed to set screens to similar brightness as the room... so at night you should either turn on a dim light nearby, or just turn off the screen (and learn to use a screen-reader? :P)
