I see where everyone's going with this ("We need higher paying jobs, we need affordable healthcare, we need paid family leave, we need quality inexpensive health care, etc") and I agree with those needs but I'm not sure money's the real culprit. Poor countries are breeding like rabbits right now. I think maybe the culprit is women being able to have the choice to not get or stay pregnant (which I'm 100% in favor of) and I'm not sure how that's gonna change.
Oh don't worry, no one's gonna have to prove anything, this is just a cudgel to prevent anyone who doesn't look white from voting.
