Hello Mr. Potato - this is a character from a very popular anime called "Demon Slayer" - more specifically, "Mitsuri Kanroji"
As someone who has a bottle of the stuff at all times: I don't usually recommend it if you're fine with regular packet level soy sauce. For me, it didn't really become a noticeable taste difference until you try to go back to the packet soy sauce - which now just tastes like chemicals and salt to me.
