SciShow (I think) debunked this - basically because celery has hardly anything to digest, our body uses extremely few calories to process it

salmon + spinach + philadelphia cream cheese + toast = easy lunch
Also add cup of pasta and some ham to make this a quick dinner
swap roast beets for roast sweet potato as an alternative :)
I add cranberries to this, wonder if goji berries would work the same?
salmon + avocado + toast = simple yummy lunch
lightly steamed broccoli + almonds + dijonnaise = SOOOO good
