2. Apparently they're teaching some SQL next year. Most of what is taught for VBA is database related.
Business students have to take a couple excel or access based classes here, so VBA is a bit more practical with that background.

I TA for a VBA class. Some of the classes here that are supposed to teach Excel are so bad. I'm glad I already had a pretty solid foundation
