It was written on as a commemoration if a battle in 1945 on a crumpled date, 27th army? 105th unit? Numbers are correct at least.
Ground forces and naval forces. For ground forces, it says ittou hei I believe, which is like private?
It appears to have 1 name, ソ-ヤ, if that is a name at all, which I doubt. It lists all the islands and years they fought. Also, it mentions

Goku gets stronger as he fights stronger opponents, but if he dies in 1 punch, he won't have time to get stronger. As far as we know
If they were to actually fight, saitama would probably win, as we don't know how fast he is when he tries and all it takes is 1 punch.
And criterion... remember burnout guys?

Battle for Sevastopol might interest you, it's on amazon prime. It's about a female soviet sniper who killed over 300 men. Was quite good.
I never lose money because I prefer full upgrade SAs and don't use tank hunting gear. Killing tanks in a tank always profits :)
I'm personally a tanker, usually don't lose more than 1 tank in any given game and kill about 10 tanks average. Got bored after map update.
It's not the worst grind, you have fun while doing it for the most part. If your goal is to get everything it's gonna be difficult
