I wouldn't consider that information suppression - no one is stopping the information. What's going on is people are given an opportunity to have a fun, healthy space to get *away* from the societal shit by properly tagging - it's just a tag that let's people filter the things that are harmful to them.

My wife's mental health takes a GIANT HIT whenever politics is brought up - she voted blue, she is a minority, and because of our government her job is in current jeopardy (not to mention that her employer is now her abuser and she can't walk away from it). Content controls LITERALLY CAN SAVE LIVES!!! Stop whinging
This is true - my wife is on HRT and has had to change her dosage format many times because of other issues (liver first and foremost) She can't take pills, the transdermal patches are too irritating, the gel doesn't dose high enough, etc. It's a hard road but keep in there and communicate with your health care providers (get better ones if you have to)
