What i mean instead of having a grinder with the slow spin of the gear you'd have the gear spinning at a decent speed then have something like sandpaper for the deburring process. Not saying this is bad just feels a little over engineered.
Wouldnt it of been better to have a holder to spin the gear then sand it down rather than all this?
