What if its completely unrelated to guns or indirectly. Say I were to run a massive pyramid scheme involving guns and they investigate?
I mean, i assume you dont actually know you’re being investigated and a background check would be a bad time to find out
Not to defend or anything but being “under investigation by the fbi” probably doesnt mean alot unless they actually find something
