Yes, I own several. You can absolutely do that standing at rest with no adrenaline hitting a static target. This is not that.
That the post was overly hyperbolic. She is making it sound like anyone can kill people at that rate at anytime with ease. That's not true
I admit that it is possible to fire at a high rate. The gun is only as dangerous as the person who's hands it is in. My argument is 1/2
I am not playing them down. I am simply stating reality. We should all be informed and knowledgeable about topics before demanding action.

Available ar-15's will jam them up or melt them down. Plus the only person to use them was the Vegas shooter. 2/2
Ever shot one? I have. It's difficult to maintain that rate of fire and it's wildly inaccurate. 900 rounds through most commercially 1/2
No way man. 1 trigger pull 1 round. If you can accurately hit 25 targets in 10 seconds you would be a world champion shooter.
Use up the ammo that was meant for someone else. It's a last ditch effort. Obviously not ideal. 5/5
People have emptied entire magazines at point blank range without hitting the person right in front of them. So go out fighting so they 4/5
Last resort is because unless you are a highly trained individual shooting people accurately, at close range is very difficult. (3/4)
So shooting a room full of children, let's say 25 in 10 seconds is impossible. The reason you are taught to attack the shooter as a (2/4)
Let's take a second and think through this comment. 1. None of the mass shootings to date, that I am aware of involved a machine gun. (1/4)
