Legalized murder is an oxymoron. It is a logical and semantic contradiction because murder is, by definition, the unlawful killing of a human being. If a killing is legalized it can't, by definition, be murder.

Ideological perspective aside and whether or not some would be for this i feel the author of the tweet is vastly overestimating the capabilities of the Canadian armed forces. The soldiers are amazing people with a tenacious spirit and I wouldn't want to face any of them one on one. But a central portion of Canadian defense strategy over the last seven decades has been that nobody would fuck with someone so close to the U.S. you can't outspend th U.S. on defense and those are hard targets
