I posted a few lewds, two quite brazen and one hidden in a gif. They caught the two obvious ones but not the hidden one.
If you look at those required shifts on a timeline, you can see that these job changes due to technology, the time between them shrink every time. (Using rough top of the head numbers)100-300k years we were hunter gatherers.About 12k as primarily agriculture. About 100-200 years of industrial workAbout 50 years for data entry jobsI think it is irresponsible to say that these shifts always provide different jobs. We are getting more efficient at not needing humans.
I am viewing this weekend like a wake. One last hurrah before signing off. I'm having a blast, but this is not the site I remember signing onto to begin with. I might become active in one of the discords, or maybe I join imgcat.io once it starts running, but I think I'm off of here after this weekend. I might pop back in every now and then to see if there have been any changes, but that's about it.

Between voting for a fascist or a female, the majority of voters chose the former. Fuck this country.
Republicans have always been about big government. The only thing they don't like government doing is putting regulations of their businesses. I should specify, they don't care about regulations that don't directly affect their businesses, which is why they're ok regulating the fuck out of planned parenthood. From who you love to what you do with your body, they want to control every aspect of your life.

I think Imgur is going down (not out, but I think it's going to lose a lot of its members soon) and the people here right now are kind of having something equivalent to a wake. Some people have posted alternative sites, and I wish people leaving would say where they're going. I signed up to be notified when https://imgcat.io/ became available, and there's also a discord that I've joined (but not yet participated in)
Which is why it deserves a medal.

I remember walking into a cold stone an hour after they closed. I hadn't realized they were closed and the door wasn't locked. The looks on their faces told me if I didn't leave immediately they would murder me.

Ok, but I feel like there has been a real change in tactics in reporting shooters. I feel like when I was a kid the news would go into every detail about a school shooter, and at some point there was a fairly public discussion of "does focusing on the shooter encourage or embolden other shooters" whatever the real answer to that question, I have noticed significantly less coverage on any shooter.
I think there's something beautiful about trans topless protests. The same people who hold the double standard of "woman breast is bad but male breast is ok" also anti-trans. It's like putting them in a pickle. Do you consider me a guy, so my breasts are ok, or do you consider me a woman, so my breasts are not ok?Or maybe there's a simpler guiding principle they can follow, where every human body being beautiful and people should be allowed to identify as however they feel best fits them.

I spent a week in South Dakota which was a shit place to be if you wanted a good cocktail. My last night there I was in Sioux Falls, and I found a bar that served a Truffle Burger. I went in there, ordered that and an Old Fashioned.That was the best old fashioned I've had in my life, period. (It's always possible that a week of shit drinks skewed my opinion that night)It was at a place named Crawford's
