Be careful, it took me around 18-24 months to recover from burn out in a hellish work environment. The effects scan be deep and long lasting. Money is important, it’s BS to say otherwise, but you have to factor in the cost on your health. I was fortunate enough to afford a pay cut, lost around 50% changing jobs and it was the best decision I ever made. Went from working free OT and on call 24/7 to a place where OT was a foreign concept, phone was switched off at 5pm and weekends.

By that point runaway global worming will take over, where the additional heat melts more ice, releases more methane, increases temps, melts more ice, releases more methane....it wont be a man made event any more. Earth will develop a fever to destroy a bacteria, us.
All these people replaced by 3 supervisors, an outsourced drafting team. Triple productivity and 50% the salary. PROGRESS!

Be careful, the bodies thermometer is at the back of the neck. If you cool that spot you can end up feeling great but the rest of your 1/2
