I was just thinking the same thing. There is so much stuff daily. It should just be one banner (wall of text) that keeps growing with added stuff every day. Like the intro to the Star Wars type of thing, that just keeps going into oblivion. And it should be played daily. Everywhere.

I adopted a pitty / lab mix who is the same. Ball is life. Bought a ball launcher. Only, because of the abuse, he came with elbow dysplasia and arthritis even though he was only just over a year old. With much dietary supplementation for joints, he is now pure muscle and that is keeping him mobile. We go ball catching twice a week. Any more and he has inflammations. New vet didn't even notice the arthritis right away until he saw xrays.
Every medication has consequences. Good for something, bad other things. Ozempic makes you look "aged" after a prolonged use. Mostly problems with kidneys after long time use. Source: a diabetic. It can be a good start for weight loss, but only as a boost while you go about life changes in diet and exercise. Also, a friend ended in ER and almost died after taking it without consulting a doctor first. It's not that simple. Not to mention shortage of it for people whose lives depend on it.

Dogs are a huge responsibility. But I never regretted having one. My only regret is the 10 years I didn't have one. I thought I was too busy. I can't take care of a dog rn etc. Then I found one, took him in and just re-organized my life a bit. And now we are both happier. I could have had another dog in the meantime. Losing my previsous dog still hurts, but I only regret the 10 years of emptiness.

My dog loves going to the vet. He knows that after we will go to pet shop and he gets treats / toys of his own choice. Did this since day 1. He runs straight to the expensive stuff too

Read an article today how you should care for dogs in cold weather, depending on the breed of course. People in the comments objected to giving WARMTH to dogs. "They were living in the open for thousands of years." My dog has more clothes than I do, and better blankets because he has arthritis. Bed? What's mine is yours, buddy. Some dogs are work dogs, and live differently. But house pets? Rules ok, maybe something is off limits, but common!
