No they aren't. Most people the world over don't actually give much of a shit about violent rioters being shot.
He had formal first aid training. And the firearm possession charges are only a misdemeanor.

Merely being armed is not proof of murderous intent. Where's the evidence showing this intent?
It's the clearest case of self-defense caught on video that most people have seen in years.
