I don’t disagree with you, but I see the potential for what this means. Last time we did this was in 1972, and have since privatized much of NASA operations. So while we’ve done this before, it’s the first in a very long time and with the tech we have now vs 1972, it was a matter of creating a whole new lunar program almost from scratch. Huge accomplishment. And, the gravity of being alive to see us do this is huge for me. Now, if we had been doing this every year since 1972, sure big whoop…
I read this as “the moist” and it disturbed me
Somehow, I didn’t need to unmute to hear this.
Turn the car offf first.
I once spent a week trying to get a front sprocket off a customers old rusted shit-bucket (90s Kawasaki) he pulled from someone’s backyard. I resorted to a 20lb persuasive device and cracked a lower case. New (used) engine was cheaper. Ended up scrapping the whole project and built him a race bike from a bucket bike I got at a swap meet.
Cross check Appliances sounds like a drill I did in hockey that one time. But yeah, I was a scuba dive master and you always buddy check.
That’s an interesting perspective I’ve never considered. I’ve long known of indentured servitude, and prison labor but never considered slave owners might have preferred it.
I use bottom shelf vodka to clean my hockey gear.
I was a ground pounder for 10 years in the Marines and got out on 2014. I’m currently a Chief Technology Officer making $260k/yr. I considered going to the Army as a Warrant Officer to fly black hawks and I’m 39. Only considered it because I always wanted to fly and it would be a great way to get into the field. Didn’t because of our current administration.
There’s the business math. Empathy and compassion? Nah. Resource contention and profitability.
Surf and Turf. Usually a traditional last meal before going into combat. Unless there’s a special occasion. Marine for 10 years.
Well, I shit corrected. Thanks!
Isn’t that the name of the girl from Brave?
There are some bad bitches in that lineup!Maeve, Mulan, Elsa, and Pocahontas are probably the most capable/deadly of them all. But Elsa just by her super powers. Mulan, Pocahontas, and Maeve by their skill and grit.
No lift. Only thrust
How do you feel about hunting seasons that are managed and controlled by the Department of Fish and Wildlife to manage and sustain populations? For example: hunting lion fish in the Caribbean is highly encouraged. I took part in multiple hunts while diving in Bonaire and the local restaurants will cook it for you for free.
