It's specifically the framing of bringing them "back" that is important in the recent context. If this was a year ago aka when Biden was in office the issue would not be framed in this way. Not that it even really matters one way or the other since it's all garbage, I just wanted to explain my thought process.
Of course the style is the same as usual, which does make them hard to actually read, but I think this one does have enough details that are contemporary (the "bringing back MS-13" being the most obvious recent reference to me) and this comment being so upvoted I wanted to see why everyone thought it was old.

In my state, bikes are allowed on all roads with a speed limit of 35 or less. That is probably the case in many states. So I'm not sure I would say zero business.
I would like to see that law, I don't remember ever hearing or reading that is the case anywhere without a posted minimum.

I have just questioned things that seemed incorrect/inconsistent to me.

Sure, I'm just explaining to the previous commenter why it's not so easy to just "boycot the companies that suck" it's because they all do, and to stand up to them we have to create our own way of getting basic necessities, which is not easy when we as consumers ultimately own so little. It really does just boil down to seizing the means of production ;)
