Why'd you cut the lips off the stairs? Why'd you go with sod instead of trying to grow your grass? Honestly just curious, idk anything lol
What about the mold and insulation on upper floors? Is there less concern for mold due to lack of ground water sitting along walls?
Would sweat still appear with the concrete sealant on the outer wall? Just being super safe I suppose?
With that said, I have some questions...hope ya don't mind. Can you explain the concern for concrete sweat?
