My go to for 'bad' migraine was Tylenol 3 & advil with gravol. Find genetic <3 defect - no codeine, no nsaids Grrr... Weed works much better
If you are on most high blood pressure meds, you cant take any nsaids but weed is just fine & works better for pain.
