I do have both, I like some aspects of Civ 6 but Civ 5 has better mechanics. Did you know they pushed a Civ 6 mobile port out?

My aunt just tested positive for Covid and Christmas was supposed to be at her house. We have a newborn so we are gonna exchange gifts /2

To be fair, they have high standards for groceries in Japan. A lot of regulations. It is safe to eat raw eggs there because of it.

Ah, must be a smaller clinic, so as long as it works for them I suppose. Thats why we have help desk personnel lol, to triage the easy stuff
Most teams only look at Incidents, I had to manually add Tasks to my search table, most people never see Tasks
Departments gotta spend money to upgrade gear, if no approval our hands are tied, sometimes things just get old and slow, can't fix it.
My call center just puts "Assigning to local team for investigation" with no details other than the customer field for the user who called.
Are are you part of the admin team giving the IT team directions? If not, do you have a ticket # so we can address the issue appropriately?
Very possible, but probably not lol. We do have issues with our help desk too though
