If you can go a bit further north to Auburn there's Athens Pizza and Pasta. Small and Amazing. They also put on free Thanksgiving dinners every year so they are Good People too.

I've wired panels like this, after a while you enter a Zen like state of being in the Now. Nothing but wires, paths, and ferrules.
