live broadcasts are actually quite challenging. that they made mistakes isnt surprising. if you watch a lot of rocket launches it isnt uncommon. the youtube channel NASAspaceflight (not affiliated with nasa) they often use their own cameras/feeds cause the official ones suck. like both nasa and spaceX's live streams of launches arent as good as NSFs. what nasa/spacex do better is a camera placement.
