Yes , yes .... the amount of mental effort it requires. Always trying to figure out if my action might inconvenience someone. Its draining , and if i try to explain it to someone , even mental healthcare professionals. The solution is alway a variation on "stop doing it" , " don't worry so much" , " stop caring that much". I really think its going to make me crazy at one point.

I sure was 110% shameful. It just makes me wonder what I , myself, can do about it now. I'm not rich, barely middel class, I donate what I can to charities who operate in Africa. I accept that due to the exploitation of so many people, the average Belgian is now better off than they would have been without it. I see it's not my fault. I do have a responsibility to do what i can, but I don't seem to have a lot of impact.

Unfortunately, it's the same feeling I have in a "non" corrupt country. All feels so fucking useless , I go to protests , I try to talk about it with people. And like 99% agree it needs to stop. It seems now so more than ever. No one is really at the wheel. The people in power are just distributing snacks to their friends and those with money. All while the vehicle is on a collision course.
And yet it's still to much.
