What makes a good HR department is remembering the “HUMAN” aspect of it. Balancing what is fair to the employee with what the company needs.

Now China gets flack for everything. What western media shows compared to what really goes on there tends to be VERY different
Online “Justice warriors” love painting China as the ultimate evil. They used to do it to Russia but Putin doesn’t give a fuck.
