Can vouch for that recipe. That’s where I learned how to make profiteroles and those same eclairs. The crème pat is still my go to for anything that needs it
Great job that’s excellent progress. On week 4 of a very similar plan. How do you choose 140 grams of protein per day? Is it a ratio to your body weight, like 0.8 - 1.0 grams per body weight?

Played betrayal once and that game is awesome. Lots of depth plus I love the random secret bad guy. Only did one of the scenarios
