In practical terms of the law a trans woman is still a man. And some of the EU countries such as Hungary and Belarus will remain at the same level of the spectrum as Russia and US in that regard. this resolution ratifies the protection and equality of the women and the lgbtq comm. which is very important and positive due to the geopolitical situation
