I would literally work so hard for a company if I didn't have to worry about missing out if I was legitimately sick and needed a day off.
Teens are awesome. You are going to LOVE doing this job. I worked with teens at my library for 3 years. They are just big kids at heart.

Its not always what you drink and eating has little effect. Sometimes your body just says f-it all and makes stones.
And if its really bad your reproductive organs can kinda fuse together in a horrific bleeding mass. I would say, quite debilitating.
Endo = tissue grows outside the uterus causing lesions that bleed on parts like the intestines. Also, fibroids are different than endo.
