Been trying to negotiate raises for my employees at work for months. Upper management seemed unusually open to the idea yesterday.

on a funny side note, my brain associates color with smells and flavors - it's not a full synesthesia, I don't actually SEE the colors, but i can understand EXACTLY how Tess feels !
