Can't in the UK. It's looking like we'll miss the mayfly hatch too, which is a pain.

I think, at least for me, engagement is really important. Online tools like polls for quizzes and getting students to talk is key.
It's probably not the most pleasant, but it's less maintenance and less future distress than removing horns as they grow.
