My rennie has this problem. We caught it too late and his kidneys were failing and his little heart gave out :(. I’m glad your buddy is okay
My kitty that passed away this month looked exactly like this. I like to think this is him in his personal heaven.
Yeah my parents were going to get rid of it and I was like wait no I’m poor plz
Took a while for him to warm up to our dogs too so we figured he would just take time to get used to her but nope! No hissing at all
He is a genuinely finicky cat and takes some time to warm up to things. Even his adopted brother he was very shy around for about a week.
Lol was my parents couch back in the 90s somehow its survived
That’s exactly how our Ramsay was he’d try open the front door looking for him :(
I honestly expected a lot more hissing
I did a kitten because kitten are a little less set in their ways than older cats.
Our buddies were both 2.5 yrs:( it was really unexpected I think that’s what was the hardest.
I thought I wasn’t ready for one but seeing the emotional toll it was taking on the two I surprised them both with her, so happy I gave in.

We got beanie exactly a week after our guys passing. My cat and husband were both so depressed. The hole in our hearts slowly being filled.
New baby has been such a comfort to hi. He still seems like he misses his friend. But isn’t lonely and stays busy watching over Beanie
It was such a sudden and unexpected death I think he was so confused about it. Didn’t know why his buddy was in pain and then gone in days.
He was so upset I originally didn’t want another one yet. But he was so sad and my husband was too so I knew we needed one!
His tail is big and floofy enough to hold him up.
Our dogs could be brothers.
My youngest brother does this and when my dad gets mad at him he has to yell at him to look at him with both eyes lol

That’s my dog coincidentally named Ghost actually.
Unfortunately I’m female. But we did do something to his I guess?
$20 at petsmart or petco!!!
