Original luker since the beginning of time, I have seen it all.
I like to believe it’s real. Even it’s just a story it’s a nice one, and good reminder to be kind to strangers you never know what they are going through. I’d like to think the cashier takes great pride in her notes, I would. Kind of inspiring true or not. Best.

Lift with your legs not your low back your lifting that amount is impressive the way your spine bends forward it is to far, feels fine now it won’t in 20 years. Trust me. You are doing great just put a little more weight into your heals look up and keep the spine more perpendicular to the ground. better lessDangerous ways to work the low back. Most people from Chicago is far less deep dish, NY thin crust is ass though, paper card board. Square is amazing with like a double dough the world would consider, deep dish is like a treat like birthday cake eat it once a quarter

You have to get over the dream of meeting someone on the street or work and put yourself out there…nothing wrong with dating apps they could be looking for the same thing you are. Put yourself out there and failed 15 times but it could be worth it after 20 tries and a year of effort
